Clark Builders is hiring a Night Shift Superintendent to lead and coordinate construction field activities, subcontractors, and self-perform operations for a specific area of the Sturgeon Data Center project near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The role oversees safety, schedule, quality, budget, permits, inspections, trades coordination, billing, and field issue resolution, and may supervise Superintendent employees, Field Coordinators, and Interns. It is an on-site position with a 10-days-on, 4-days-off rotation and 12-hour shifts. Applicants need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least four years of experience, construction supervision and scheduling knowledge, piping, quality control, earthworks, safety, and industrial experience, along with supervisory and Microsoft Office skills.
