Discovery is hiring a Superintendent, Operations & Maintenance Projects to report to the Manager of Maintenance & Engineering and lead operational, maintenance, infrastructure, and capital projects at Kidd Operations. The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, contractors, production coordination, technical execution, and operational improvements, while promoting safety, quality, and reliability. A degree in engineering or a technologist/technician diploma is preferred, but extensive relevant experience may substitute; three years of relevant experience and demonstrated project-execution experience are required. The position offers CAD$122,000 to CAD$153,000 in annual compensation plus health, dental, life, disability, pension, and wellness benefits.
