Triumph Group of Companies is hiring a full-time Superintendent, Roofing and Waterproofing for the Greater Toronto Area. The role runs roofing and waterproofing work across multiple active sites or the largest project, directing foremen and crews, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating with project managers, general contractors, consultants, and trades, and supporting project closeout. The position requires at least 10 years of commercial roofing and waterproofing field experience, including 5+ years as a Superintendent or Foreman, along with relevant certifications, drawing-reading ability, digital field-tool proficiency, and a valid Ontario driver's licence. Compensation is $100,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and performance-based bonus eligibility.
