Description
The Project Manager will oversee a commercial construction project’s costs, quality, schedule, safety, profitability, contract compliance, customer service, and relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking project documents, schedules, change orders, inspections, daily logs, and jobsite safety, while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining a clean and safe worksite. The role requires at least five years of commercial construction experience, a driver’s license, OSHA 10-hour certification, and First Aid/CPR training.
