The role manages daily field operations, production, quality, safety, client communication, and coordination with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and office personnel. Responsibilities include reading civil plans, performing grade shooting with a transit, identifying project issues, and maintaining safety standards. Required qualifications include senior field leadership experience in site development or civil construction, civil-plan interpretation, grade-control equipment operation, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in construction conditions.
