Description
The Senior Site Superintendent will lead field operations for complex full-service site development and heavy civil projects, including mass excavation, utility installation, road construction, grading, and paving. The role oversees daily construction activities, field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, safety compliance, schedules, quality, materials, and equipment utilization, while serving as the primary on-site contact for project managers and engineers. Candidates should have extensive site superintendent experience, preferably 10+ years, with heavy civil work, multi-million-dollar project, leadership, communication, problem-solving, driver's license, and OSHA 30 certification experience.
