Keeley Companies is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent with a strong structural concrete background to lead field operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. The role supervises crews and foremen, manages concrete placement, formwork, reinforcing steel, pump operations, logistics, quality control, safety, and coordination with project managers, engineers, owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors. Candidates should have substantial superintendent experience on projects with significant structural concrete scopes, self-perform concrete crew management experience, knowledge of concrete construction methods, and the ability to interpret drawings and project documents.
