Description
ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent for high-end TI commercial and entertainment construction projects in the Chicagoland area. The role manages construction administration, field operations, schedules, subcontractors, costs, safety, and project progress from day one, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to specification. Candidates need 5–25+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on quick-turnaround entertainment, high-end commercial build-outs, TIs, or adaptive-reuse projects, along with computer, scheduling, and driver's-license requirements. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$160,000, performance-based bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
