Description
The role supervises a designated area of a heavy civil construction project, coordinating crews, subcontractors, field engineers, utilities, equipment, materials, schedules, safety, and project closeout. It includes technical input on construction methods and risks, production planning, community relations, and supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions. The position requires 17+ years of heavy civil construction experience, at least 12+ years of construction management experience, a valid driver’s license, team-management ability, strong communication and leadership skills, and advanced knowledge of construction equipment and safety protocols.
