The role supervises and coordinates field employees, subcontractors, and material vendors; maintains project progress reporting and paperwork; manages permits and inspections; supports site-specific safety plans; and handles safety reporting and trade-partner accountability. It requires construction-document interpretation, familiarity with specified software, the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for four-hour periods, and Water/Waste Water experience.
