D.R. Horton is hiring a Superintendent to manage the construction of multiple homes from permit through closing. The role supervises subcontractors, schedules work, inspects quality and code compliance, manages budgets and warranty processes, coordinates with sales and customer teams, and maintains customer service throughout construction. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two to four years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, construction-document knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. The salary range is $65,000-$85,000 with additional bonus potential, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, stock purchase, and other insurance and leave benefits.
