Description
Baxter is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping. The role also oversees warehouse KPIs and leads continuous-improvement projects using Kaizen Six Sigma. Candidates need warehouse-management-system experience, an industrial engineering degree or related field, at least five years of experience directing receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory-control activities, at least three years supervising non-exempt personnel, leadership and training capabilities, and advanced conversational English.
