Description
The Supervising Case Manager oversees all Waterbury Alternative in the Community case management services, including staffing, referrals, case assignments, client files, CDCS reporting, compliance, quality assurance, and direct-report supervision. The role reports to the AIC Program Manager, supports program operations and leadership, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, two years of case management and staff supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and decision-making skills. Bilingual English/Spanish ability and a counseling background are preferred.
