The Center for Justice Innovation is hiring a full-time Supervising Case Manager for its Brooklyn Justice Initiatives Supervised Release Program in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides clinically informed task supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers, ensuring compliance with program requirements, accurate data entry, court reporting, policy implementation, quality assurance, and staff development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of direct practice experience, and strongly prefers experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal settings, with bilingual English-Spanish ability strongly preferred. The job is in-person, Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed, and offers a salary of $64,800 to $76,700 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
