T&M Associates is hiring a Supervising Construction Inspector to serve as the Owner’s on-site representative for municipal and county infrastructure projects within a one-hour travel radius of its Bloomfield, New Jersey office. The role performs construction inspections and administration for roadway, utility, water and sewer, concrete, grading, drainage, and site-development projects; ensures contractor compliance; prepares field reports; resolves technical issues; and may oversee junior inspectors. The position requires 10+ years of progressive construction inspection experience, with a preferred engineering or construction-management degree and PE or NICET credentials. The estimated salary is $95,000–$120,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and a hybrid work environment.
