Syska Hennessy Group is hiring an Electrical Engineer Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role serves as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects, supervises and coordinates engineering staff, leads coordination meetings, manages project budgets and schedules, handles construction administration and project contracts, and supports technical training and staff mentoring. Candidates must hold a current PE registration, have healthcare design experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least seven years of project management experience, 12+ years of consulting-firm experience, three years of supervisory experience, and hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience. The position offers a Monday–Thursday office schedule and remote work on Fridays, with a salary range of $102,621 to $169,324 USD.
