T&M Associates is hiring a Site/Civil Engineer to lead the day-to-day operations of its Land Development team across three New Jersey offices. The role manages client projects, coordinates technical execution, supports project planning, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and proposals, and develops relationships with private and public sector clients. Candidates must have a civil engineering or related bachelor’s degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least 15 years of progressive land development experience, and expertise in zoning, site design, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and related regulations. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a stated salary range of $120,000 to $155,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
