The Supervising Lead Engineer serves as the primary engineering leader for assigned electrical construction projects, coordinating design teams, field operations, prefabrication, and general contractors. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, BIM environment management, Revit and ACC/Forma administration, clash detection, shop drawing production, model-to-fabrication workflows, issue tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role requires 5–7 years of electrical construction engineering or BIM coordination experience, proficiency with Autodesk Revit, ACC/Forma, Navisworks or Revizto, and Smartsheets, and offers a salary of $140,000–$180,000 per year.
