Description
Downer is hiring a Supervising Maintenance Technician to support facilities maintenance and asset management for the Auckland Transport AMAS contract. The role involves assisting and supervising service delivery partners and subcontractors, performing and coordinating low-level maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, using a CMMS, planning maintenance to minimise downtime, and working across three shift patterns and an on-call roster. Applicants need a recognised trade qualification, facilities or building-services experience, subcontractor-supervision experience, a full New Zealand driver’s licence, and relevant safety knowledge; Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency and basic CMMS experience are preferred.
