The hybrid role leads municipal engineers, oversees capital improvement projects across roadway, drainage, sewer, water, parks, and athletic fields, manages project schedules and budgets, conducts field inspections, reviews planning applications, and serves as the primary client and regulatory contact. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years of civil engineering experience, a Professional Engineer license, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $155,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
