Empire Justice Center is hiring a Supervising Senior Litigation Attorney to lead and support complex civil impact litigation and class action cases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial, appellate practice, and oral arguments. The role also supervises and mentors attorneys, paralegals, and interns; develops litigation strategy; manages a caseload; and collaborates with external partners and policy staff. The position requires a Juris Doctorate or equivalent, New York bar admission or eligibility, and at least 10 years of relevant litigation experience, with substantial complex civil litigation experience. The role is full-time at 35 hours per week, requires travel to the Rochester Telesca Center or Albany office, and offers a hybrid work request.
