ICAN Children’s Therapy is hiring a full-time Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to lead and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in its pediatric clinic. The role focuses on clinical supervision, quality oversight, progress reporting, parent training, multidisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and mentorship rather than maintaining a regular patient caseload. Candidates need a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Washington State SLP license, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, at least two years of pediatric experience, and experience supervising SLPAs or Clinical Fellows. The position offers $40–$70 hourly depending on experience and a $1,000 signing bonus, with full-time and part-time roles available.
