Dashiell is hiring a Supervising Substation Engineer to oversee the profitability, quality, and schedule performance of engineering teams working on multiple simultaneous substation projects. The role manages resource assignment, coordinates engineering, construction, purchasing, and customer activities, prepares schedules and budgets, applies substation design software, and mentors project engineers. It is based in Dashiell’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office and requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a licensed Professional Engineer status, and at least 15 years of electrical power industry experience, including extensive substation engineering and design experience.
