Description
Dashiell is hiring a Supervising Substation Engineer to oversee the profitability, quality, schedule, and resource management of engineering teams working on multiple simultaneous substation projects. The role coordinates engineering, construction, purchasing, customer, and management activities; prepares schedules and budgets; applies substation design software; and mentors project engineers. It is based in the Covington, Louisiana office and requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a licensed Professional Engineer status, and at least 15 years of electrical power industry experience, including extensive substation engineering and design experience.
