Dashiell is hiring a Supervising Substation Engineer to oversee the profitability, quality, schedule, and resource management of engineering teams working on multiple simultaneous substation projects. The role combines project supervision with high-voltage substation design, coordination with construction and purchasing, schedule and budget tracking, application of engineering standards, and mentorship of project teams. It is based in the Madison, Wisconsin office and requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a licensed Professional Engineer status, and at least 15 years of electrical power industry experience.
