Dashiell Corporation is hiring a Supervising Transmission Engineer in Houston, Texas to lead transmission engineering teams and oversee multiple projects, with responsibility for profitability, quality, scheduling, resource allocation, QA/QC, client coordination, and hands-on transmission line design. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, professional engineer licensure, more than 10 years of transmission and distribution experience, expertise in high-voltage transmission design, and proficiency with tools such as PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, Sag10, LPILE, and FAD. The position is full-time, primarily based in Houston with short business travel as needed, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
