The Supervisor 1 will supervise the administrative and operational functioning of a safe and efficient operation, manage shift performance, support standardization and continuous improvement, and help meet DHL and customer operational standards. The role requires a logistics, business administration, or industrial engineering background, intermediate Office and advanced Excel skills, scheduling and inventory knowledge, SAP familiarity, and at least one year of experience managing personnel. The position is based in Palmira.
