Description
The Maintenance Operations Manager will lead maintenance operations at the Itapissuma unit, ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of industrial machines, equipment, and facilities. The role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance; vendor and internal team performance; maintenance budgets; KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and backlog; commissioning and equipment start-ups; and continuous improvement. The position requires engineering education, maintenance and industrial systems knowledge, cost and budget management, leadership, and availability from Monday through Saturday.
