The role supervises water and wastewater production, collection, treatment, distribution, maintenance, and operational systems; leads teams; supports sanitation education and community projects; and designs improvements and expansions for water supply and wastewater treatment. It requires a complete higher education degree in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering or a related field, knowledge of water supply system operation, people-management and team-leadership experience, and a results-oriented profile.
