The role manages and improves production operations by training and supervising production staff, planning activities, monitoring energy and efficiency indicators, analyzing production reports, implementing preventive and corrective actions, developing process-improvement projects, maintaining equipment, and enforcing safety and certification standards. It requires a complete higher education degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Administration, or a related field, TPM methodology, people-management experience, production-indicator management, Google tools, and availability for the C shift.
