Environment Control is hiring a Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager (Supervisor) in the Waukesha County area to oversee cleaning operations, supervise and train janitorial staff, conduct quality-control inspections, resolve customer-service issues, and maintain contract specifications. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with occasional weekends, and pays $23–$25 per hour based on experience, including paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Required qualifications include bilingual English and Spanish ability, at least six months of supervisory experience in cleaning or a related field, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
