Description
Environment Control is hiring a full-time Unit Manager (Cleaning Supervisor) in Appleton and surrounding areas to lead and support commercial cleaning teams, train and coach employees, cover open shifts, perform quality inspections, support Area Managers, and maintain relationships with employees and clients. The role pays $20.00 per hour with weekly pay, runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, and may require occasional weekends. Leadership or cleaning experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and bilingual English/Spanish ability as a plus.
