Supervisor, Accounts Payable at Thermo Fisher Scientific

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor for GBS Budapest to lead and improve Accounts Payable operations for the EMEA region. The role supervises AP staff and processes, including query management, invoice troubleshooting, quality control, IDOC issue resolution, month-end closing, reconciliations, financial controls, supplier and customer service, audit readiness, and process automation. It requires a university or college degree, at least five years of Shared Services or Global Business Services experience, extensive SAP experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in English.
