WellSpan is hiring a full-time Supervisor-Advanced Practice Professional in York, Pennsylvania to lead the Heart Failure Program’s quality, performance improvement, readmission reduction, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The role serves as a regional subject matter expert, supervises and mentors nine Advanced Practice Providers, manages scheduling and staffing, coordinates multidisciplinary care for advanced heart failure and LVAD patients, and supports clinical guidance and workflow optimization.
