TriHealth is hiring a full-time Supervisor Appeals/Denials to lead 20–29 front-line staff in a Revenue Cycle team. The role supervises daily operations, staffing, recruitment, training, performance management, budget stewardship, risk mitigation, compliance, and team development while supporting denials, appeals, payer contracts, clinical terminology, and medical policy. The position is based at TriHealth Norwood, follows a day-shift schedule of 80 hours bi-weekly, and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
