Description
The role plans and executes production manpower allocation, monitors night-shift operations, coordinates with other departments, trains new assemblers, conducts performance appraisals, and leads continuous-improvement and safety activities. It requires at least six years of manufacturing experience involving mechanical assemblies, including at least three years in a supervisory or lead role, along with engineering education, technical knowledge of schematics and manufacturing tools, and familiarity with quality and 6S practices.
