Description
Hyster-Yale is hiring an Assembly Supervisor to lead approximately 20–25 assembly employees on the shop floor. The role manages daily production, safety, quality, schedules, KPIs, bottlenecks, process improvements, HR tasks, and collaboration with the Value Stream Manager and support departments. Candidates need a completed HBO degree in a relevant field, leadership experience, Dutch and English proficiency, and Microsoft Office knowledge. The position offers a salary of €4,375–€5,400 per 40-hour week, holiday allowance, vacation days, pension participation, and other benefits.
