The onsite role supervises shift teams, monitors production output and KPIs, adjusts schedules, manages manpower and contract labor, resolves bottlenecks, and leads continuous-improvement initiatives. Candidates need full-time engineering in Electrical or Mechanical with 8–10 years of experience, along with knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, SPC, and team leadership.
