Description
The Supervisor will coordinate and plan maintenance activities, lead and develop maintenance teams, monitor performance and KPIs, oversee installation reliability and safety, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and support technical improvement projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent training, at least five years of people-management experience in maintenance, CMMS experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Dutch and French.
