Description
The Supervisor supports the Store Manager and management team in delivering sales results, customer experiences, store operations, merchandising standards, and team development in an apparel retail store. The role includes customer engagement, product selling, POS transactions, operational execution, and acting as supervisor when the Store Manager is absent. Candidates should have preferred prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business, a record of exceeding sales expectations, and flexible evening and weekend availability.
