Description
Aftermath is hiring a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation and trauma-cleanup projects, including blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes. The role supervises work completion, communicates with clients, handles paperwork and scope approvals, and does not manage people. It pays $30-$34 per hour plus a hybrid pay structure, offers health, dental, vision, 401k, paid training, and career growth, and requires a valid driver’s license, local availability, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and occasional overnight travel. Two or more years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or a similar field is preferred, along with IICRC S540 certification, Xactimate experience, community-engagement experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relevant certifications or backgrounds.
