DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Supervisor in Bornem to oversee the daily operation of approximately 80 employees across order desk, picking, packing, and dispatching. The role coaches six Team Leaders, monitors KPIs and resource planning, identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks, ensures quality and safety, and serves as the link between customers, systems, management, and floor teams. The position requires leadership experience in an operational or logistics environment, strong coaching and analytical skills, knowledge of Excel and Power BI, and fluency in Dutch and English.
