Downer is hiring a Brisbane-based Maintenance Supervisor to lead field operations across the Origin Public & Embedded Networks contract. The role manages operational crews and contractors, coordinates maintenance and network-service activities, ensures safe and compliant delivery, monitors performance and customer outcomes, supports incident response, and builds relationships with customers and stakeholders. Candidates need experience supervising field operations in utilities, maintenance, gas, energy, or infrastructure environments, along with proven crew and contractor leadership, safety and compliance knowledge, communication, stakeholder-management, decision-making, and safety-culture skills.
