Description
The role is a permanent, full-time store-management position supporting the store's sales performance, customer relationships, visual presentation, inventory, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include leading the team, achieving sales and KPI targets, using clienteling tools, acquiring and retaining customers, supporting in-store events, maintaining stockroom and visual standards, conducting stocktakes, and complying with company policies and health and safety requirements.
