Description
The Supervisor leads a team of sales assistants in delivering exceptional customer service, styling advice, and an engaging store experience. Responsibilities include store opening and closing, sales-data interpretation, commercial performance optimization, delivery and replenishment, shop-floor coverage, and brand representation. The role requires retail or hospitality experience, strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility for varied hours, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is a full-time position with 32–40 hours per week, pays $25.20–$26.46, and includes health and dental coverage for Canada-based colleagues.
