Description
The Supervisor monitors production, quality control, data integrity, and staff performance; conducts quality-control reviews; ensures compliance with housing authority procedures and HUD regulations; coordinates training and coaching; manages performance plans, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; approves time sheets; and provides customer service to participants, landlords, coworkers, clients, and vendors. The role leads 5–12 employees, reports to a manager or assistant program director, and requires certification in Housing Choice Voucher Specialist and Executive Management within 120 days of employment.
