Description
The Supervisor monitors production, quality control, data integrity, and staff performance; ensures compliance with housing authority, administrative, and HUD requirements; provides training, coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; approves time sheets; and delivers professional customer service to participants, landlords, coworkers, clients, and vendors. The role leads 5–12 employees, reports to a Manager or Assistant Program Director, and requires certification in Housing Choice Voucher Specialist and Executive Management within 120 days. The position pays $55,000 annually and requires a four-year degree in Public Administration, Social Science, or a related field, five years of progressively responsible work experience, three years of supervisory experience, regulatory knowledge, strong problem-solving and judgment skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
