The role involves guiding colleagues during shifts, resolving customer queries, supporting sales and product placement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and assisting with opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and till operations. Candidates need previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments, strong communication and attention to detail, and passion for retail and product awareness.
