Description
The EMS Operations Manager oversees emergency medical services operations, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, performance monitoring, incident response, safety, and coordination with EMTs, paramedics, HR, emergency response departments, and other agencies. The role requires extensive EMS or public safety experience, Ohio State-certified paramedic certification, at least two years of EMS systems management experience, and one year of public or private organization administration experience. The position functions partially from an office while participating in field operations and large-scale events.
