Description
The Manufacturing Engineer, Quality and Production role supports manufacturing engineering and quality control by establishing standards, applying statistical process control, and translating control plans into in-process-control sheets. The role also manages safety, hazard prevention, inspections, risk assessments, production scheduling, kanban and JIT utilization, performance reporting, employee training, team development, hiring, performance goals, problem-solving, and budget management. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop others are required.
